(1) The Council may give necessary instructions to persons or organizations involved in health-related research activities approved in accordance with Section 11. If they do not follow the prescribed conditions or directives of the council in case of doing research work or taking permission to do research work, the council may warn such person or organization or stop them from doing such research work for a fixed period.

(3) Sub-section ( 2) When taking action according to this, the council shall give the relevant person or organization a reasonable opportunity to clean up.
